Termination for Medical Reasons

Whilst most pregnancies result in the birth of a beautiful healthy baby. In some cases, soon-to-be-parents are told the heartbreaking news that their unborn child is ill or has a condition that will likely not be compatible with life.

Diagnostic Testing

If a pregnancy is determined to be high risk for a chromosomal condition, you will be referred to undertake a diagnostic test which can conclusively identify the baby’s health.

Procedures for TFMR

There are two main procedures used for carrying out a TFMR: a surgical approach (D&C) or a medical approach (induction of labour), depending on the gestation of the pregnancy.
