Why are monthly donations so important?

One-off donations are great - we welcome and appreciate them. However, to do our work well, we need a stable, dependable income that allows us to plan for the future. We ask donors to make a long-term commitment to give a regular monthly donation. The value of this kind of income cannot be overstated. It means that we can budget and plan for long-term projects and programs that have the greatest impact on the goals and outcomes we need to achieve.

Where does my money go?

Your donations go directly to enabling immediate and critical emotional support via our service delivery programs, distributing our support and services via health professionals and corporations, and advocating for better policies and legislation to care for and support those suffering early pregnancy loss.

Is my donation Tax Deductible?

Charity donations of $2 or more may be tax-deductible in Australia. For more information about your tax you should seek financial advice from your accountant or visit the ATO website.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Donations over $2 are tax deductible for Australian residents. If you make a one-off donation via our website, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately. If you generously sign up to donate monthly, your receipt will be sent at the end of the financial year. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

When will my donation be charged?

Your monthly donation will be debited each month on the same day that you originally donated. Bank processes can vary so it is advised to allow a few days after the debit date for your donation to be processed.

Can I change my donation?

Yes, you can change your donation at any time by emailing contact@pinkelephantssupport.com

Can I cancel my donation?

Yes, at any time, by emailing contact@pinkelephantssupport.com

Will I need to renew my donation?

No, your monthly donations will automatically renew so you don’t have to worry about renewing as long as your donations are active.
