The Gidget Foundation

The Gidget Foundation is a not for profit organisation that raises awareness of Perinatal Anxiety and Depression.

It promotes the importance of emotional wellbeing amongst expectant and new parents, their healthcare providers and the wider community to ensure that those in need receive timely, appropriate and supportive care.

The Perinatal Loss Centre provides support and education for health practitioners, bereaved parents and their families. By doing so it aims to improve the care of women and couples experiencing miscarriage, medical termination, stillbirth, newborn loss and infant loss.

Raising Children Network is the complete Australian resource for parenting newborns to teenagers. At raisingchildren.net.au parents can learn and access tools, support and resources as their children grow and develop.

Endometriosis Australia

Endometriosis Australia is a nationally accredited charity that endeavours to increase recognition of endometriosis, provide endometriosis education programs, and provide funding for endometriosis research.


Surrogacy Australia

Surrogacy Australia is a registered charity who supports Australians who are planning on, or who are already parents via surrogacy arrangements.

In addition they aim to progress the rights, social and legal status of Australians using Surrogacy overseas and within Australia.

Their sister charity Growing Families offers education and support for those in need of surrogacy and egg donation


Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE)

Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) is a not-for-profit organisation devoted to reducing the impacts of emotional and mental health problems in the pre and postnatal periods. Working alongside COPE will help us ensure that women have the support they need both after miscarriage and also during the anxiety-fraught time of pregnancy after loss.


The Australian Jewish Fertility Network (AJFN)

The Australian Jewish Fertility Network (AJFN) raises awareness about the struggles related to infertility and provides resources, information, financial and emotional support to couples struggling with infertility. It is important for organisations like ours to work together to ensure that all women have access to the support that they need, when they need it, no matter where they are in their fertility journey.


Centre for Perinatal Psychology

Centre for Perinatal Psychology is a national network of perinatal psychologists covering 75+ locations around Australia.   We are committed to supporting bereaved parents following any type of loss, including miscarriage and TFMR.  Our psychologist are experienced and trained in the unique grief and loss that comes with losing a baby.  We also support parents with subsequent pregnancy after experiencing a loss.


International Stillbirth Alliance 

International Stillbirth Alliance is an international organisation, aiming to help bridge the gaps in addressing stillbirth and early newborn death within the continuum of maternal and newborn health through collaborations for continued research, education, advocacy, and training on global care standards with a variety of stakeholders and partners. 


 

Penthos

Penthos is an established mental health organization that provides FREE psychotherapy for couples suffering ongoing (unresolved) grief following the death of a child or miscarriage. Penthos is part of the Bereavement Network Australia whereby we work with grief organizations to help vulnerable families who are suffering from traumatic loss and prolonged grief. The loss of a child, whether that be through unsuccessful IVF, miscarriage, stillbirth, an illness, suicide or accident is one of life’s most tragic and stressful events.
